Hawaiian Red

Hawaiian Red Dragon Fruit is a hybrid of Hylocereus and the species Costaricensis. The variety is known for its perfectly round fruit and firm red flesh with a nice tart flavor. Once the plant is mature, a white film on the plant protects it from extreme heat and cold.
The flesh is firm, mild, sweet and tastes like cherries. Average weight is 1 Lbs. and Brix 16
