ISIS Gold Dragon Fruit Variety
Hylocereus Hybrid developed in Israel. This variety is or almost identical to:  Aussie Gold, Israeli Golden, Israeli Yellow.

Growers reporting differences in size however no specific numbers have been reported so far. We are looking forward to see the growing and fruiting differences and reporting back to you.
This is an aggressive growing plant that flowers faster than other varieties.
This variety was developed over several decades by botanists at Ben-Gurion University in Israel.
This variety is said to be more cold and heat hardy compared to other varieties, but we haven’t experienced that ourselves yet. The fruit is oval, yellow skin with green fins. The fruit is smooth like. other Hylocereus but with no spines. The fruit is a dense, translucent to white flesh speckled
with numerous small, black crunchy seeds. The flesh has a juicy texture and a sweet tropical
flavor, reminiscent of sweet and citrusy kiwi. Average weight 2-2.5 Lbs. and Brix was not
reported by growers yet. We will update this page as soon as we get the information.
