Mexicana

Hylocereus Undatus. As the name suggest this variety is native to Mexico. Growth is typical to undatus, this is a vigorous grower and self-pollinating and a high producer.
The fruit has a bright pink skin with light green fins, the white flesh is semi-sweet with tartness.
Average weight 1 – 1.5 Lbs. and brix reported 15. Fruit is ready to pick 35 to 40 days after pollination.
