San Ignacio

This is a Nicaraguan variety. The flowers are self-pollinating, it takes about 48 days from pollination for the fruit to ripe. The fruit has pink skin with dark pink fins and a deep red flesh. The flesh has a sweet berry flavor with crunchy seeds.
Average weight 1-1.5 Lbs. and Brix 15-16
