Hylocereus Guatemalensis hybrid and Hylocereus undatus. (The Guatemalensis parent being Condor) This variety is a very aggressive grower and stem segments can get really long. The flowers are self-pollinating. The fruit has a pink skin with small green fins with bright purple flesh. The flesh is soft & juicy with a medium sweetness & a bit tangy. This fruit is very refreshing. Average weight 1 Lbs. and brix reported at 19-20
