Hylocereus hybrid and an unknown Nicaraguan variety. It is one of the popular varieties grown by farmers in Nicaragua. Sin Espinas in Spanish means No Spines / Thornless. The fruit is self-sterile, cross pollination required to set fruit. It takes about 30 days from but to flower and another 30 from flower to ripe fruit. The longer you keep the fruit on the plant the sweeter it’ll be. The fruit has a tick pink skin with green fins, and a deep red flesh. The flesh has a firm texture with cherry like sweet and sour flavor. Average weight 1-1.5 Lbs. and brix reported at 17
