Hylocereus Undatus. This variety is a fast grower and said to tolerate sun better than other Undatus varieties. The flowers are self-pollinating. The oval fruit has bright pink skin with light green fin tips, and the flesh is snow white, makes a beautiful contrast when cut open. It said to have an exceptional flavor, we are looking forward to growing this variety. Average fruit 0.5-1.5 Lbs. and Brix reported at 17.
