White Sapphire

Hylocereus Undatus hybrid with an unknown specie. The stems and flowers are typical Undatus. The flowers are self-pollinating and will set fruit without hand pollination. The fruit is medium, bright pink skin with lime fins, the flesh is pale pink and has a soft texture. The flesh has sweetness like pink lemonade. Average weight 0.75 Lbs. and brix reported at 16-17. Note: it takes 30 days from bud to flower and 30 days more from flower to ripe fruit
