Delight

Hylocereus undatus and Hylocereus Guatemalensis. Also known as 3S, it is a seedling created by Paul Thomson. It is another relative of Rixford (a Purple flesh) and Niezel (a white flesh variety). This variety is self-pollinating and very fertile. It produces a medium size fruit with average weight 1 – 1.5 Lbs. The flesh has a unique pink hue with a soft texture and a very juicy refreshing & delightful sweet and sour flavor. Brix reported by various growers 17-19
