Mr. Woo

An unknown Hylocereus Hybrid. The story goes…this variety was given to a grower then the grower labeled it the common name after the donor, Mr. Woo. The flower takes 30 days to bloom and 30 days to ripe fruit. The fruit has redish pink skin and green fins. The flesh is magenta, has a firm texture and taste like sweet and sour grape. Average weight is 1-1.5 Lbs. and brix reported at 15-18
