What is the sweetest Dragon Fruit variety?

When testing for sweetness of a Dragon Fruit a device called a refractometer is used.

It uses the brix scale of sweetness. This scale ranges from 0 to 32. The higher the number the sweeter the fruit.

Remember, In addition to sweetness there are many unique attributes to flavor profile other than sugar content.

According to our research here are the top 10 sweetest varieties reported by growers around the world and their brix score: This list will be updated from time to time as new varieties will be tasted and reported.

So many amazing varieties out there that score between 16 to 40 on the Brix meter.

To name a few: Delight, La Verne, American Beauty, Dark Star, Connie Mayer, Cosmic Charlie, Physical Graffiti, Tricia, Asunta 4 and many more great flavored varieties out there you can check them out here
